At Resti Sleep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To begin the return process, please email us at hello@restisleep.co.uk, and we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Once approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label and guide you through the process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. For exchanges, the quickest option is to place a new order for the correct item while returning the original one.

All our products are carefully crafted and quality-checked, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us so we can resolve the issue. Some items are non-returnable, including custom or personalised products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask! Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch, and we’ll be happy to assist.
