Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • For hygiene reasons, opened mattresses may not be eligible unless faulty

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team
  2. We will provide return instructions
  3. Return the item using an approved method

Refunds

  • Processed once the item is received and inspected
  • Issued to your original payment method
  • May take 3–5 working days to appear

Return Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
