Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- For hygiene reasons, opened mattresses may not be eligible unless faulty
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

- Provide photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
